Once again this Christmas we have Viticulturist and Associate Winemaker Guy McMaster from Palliser Estate for a superb lunch on the clifftop. Enjoy a selection of four stunning Palliser wines matched with canapés and a three course lunch designed by our resident chef, Mark Hartstonge. The perfect event to bring your staff to for a Christmas party they won’t forget.
Toast the Christmas season with bubbles, good company, and scenic views. A champagne ambassador from Pernod Ricard will be joining us to share her knowledge and will be instructing the art of Sabrage with a traditional sword. Resident chef, Mark Hartstonge, has matched canapés and a three course meal with a very generous selection of G.H. Mumm and Perrier Jouët champagnes supplied by Pernod Ricard. This lunch is perfect for a group of friends or colleagues.
